Each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care, creativity, and compassion. Inspired by the warmth of home-cooked comfort, the love of pets, and the heart of nursing, our candles are made to soothe, uplift, and brighten your space.

💖 Candle Care Tips

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the top before extinguishing. (typically 30 minute minimum for the first burn)
Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
Keep away from drafts, pets, and children.
Reuse your jar once finished — perfect for small plants or storage!

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because our candles are handmade in small batches, we currently accept returns or exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives with any issue:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at silen.tidecreations@gmail.com
Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll notify you of your refund or replacement status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For safety and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

Used or burned candles
Sale or clearance items
Custom or personalized orders

All candles are made in small batches to ensure the best quality.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
During busy seasons or restocks, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience while we prepare your candles with care.

🚛 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are auto-calculated.
We currently ship within the US.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

💔 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit:

Please contact us at silen.tidecreations@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and photos of any damage (if applicable).
We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
